Hello, and thanks for checking out my website.

At this moment in time it’s at  the early stages of it’s development, so apologies if things aren’t as slick as I’d like.

As it grows my plan is to add more photos to my galley, and work on features for my blog posts,

I’ve been a long time  contributor to the  webpage, Moonbase Central, using the non de plume, Scoop, which has given me experience and Insight into  blogging my areas of interest.

I like to think I have a fairly eclectic mix of interests  generally centred around nostalgia, vintage toys and models, classic UK and American television, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s sci-fi, and in particular, Gerry & Sylvia Anderson’s 1960’s and early 70’s TV series.

The Anderson’s series have always prompted my interest in miniatures and dioramas, and over time that interest has veered more and more towards  photography.  I’ve still a lot to learn but I really enjoy it’s creative process, especially in  photographing  toy and model dioramas.

Although my photography is simply a hobby, I have  been lucky enough to take some of the photos for the Sixteen 12 models website, and occasionally, one or two of my snaps are used by https://fanderson.org.uk/Fanderson, the Official Gerry & Sylvia Anderson fan club.

I started out using a camera phone, before moving on to a Panasonic Lumix compact.  I  soon outgrew those and moved on to a DSLR. My current camera is a Nikon mirror-less Z6ii.

Here’s a few sample photos I’ve taken of my models.
